Simple policy for pilot and service work.
Poldu presents a manufacturing software and operations concept for factory visibility, planning, and connected workflows. The website itself is informational, while any product pilot, implementation scope, or paid engagement is governed by a separate commercial agreement.
What this policy covers
This return policy applies only to paid pilots, onboarding services, or implementation fees that are specifically agreed in writing with the Poldu team. It does not automatically apply to demo requests, standard website access, or early-stage proposal work that is delivered as part of a discovery call.
Cancellation before start
If a paid project has not begun at the agreed start date, and the work has not materially started, the client may request cancellation. In that case, any unused prepayment will be refunded, less any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on the client’s behalf.
Work already in progress
Once implementation, configuration, workshop facilitation, or custom scope has begun, the fee for completed work and agreed milestones remains payable. A refund is only available for unused services that are clearly identified and accepted by both parties in writing before work begins.
Digital access and licences
If a subscription or licence is purchased for a digital pilot, access is usually granted on a month-to-month or agreed term basis. Access may be suspended or terminated in line with the signed commercial terms, and no refund is due for periods already consumed.
How to request a review
Questions about a cancellation or refund should be sent to support@poldu.com with your company name, date of purchase, and the service or pilot involved. The Poldu team may request a short review to confirm the status of fulfilment, after which a refund decision will be communicated.
