Submitting the enquiry form sends your details through our server and email provider to info@mergerify.com so our team can respond. Enquiries are not saved in a website database.

The information you choose to share

The form lets you include your name, company, work email, phone, role, industry, company size, city, and an optional message. These details are included in the email sent to our team.

Email delivery

Our email provider processes your enquiry for delivery, and the receiving mailbox retains the email. Your email address is included as Reply-To so the team can respond directly. A confirmation appears after the sending mail server accepts the message; inbox delivery may still be affected by spam filtering or later delivery failures.

Website operation

This website uses a session cookie for form security and feedback. If sending fails, your entries are temporarily kept in the session so you can retry. Request limits help reduce spam. The frontend includes no advertising or third-party analytics scripts, and fonts and visual assets are served locally by the website. Hosting providers may maintain routine access logs.
